At DigiX Software House, we believe in maintaining transparency and fairness with our clients. This cancellation policy outlines the conditions under which project cancellations may occur.

Understanding Cancellations

We value our clients and understand that circumstances may change. To accommodate such situations, DigiX provides clear guidelines for canceling projects or services.

WordPress Development & WHMCS Services

  • If a client decides to cancel a project before work begins, a full refund will be issued (excluding any domain or hosting purchases).
  • If a client cancels after work has started but before completion, DigiX will refund 50% of the total project fee.
  • If the project is near completion or fully delivered, no refund will be provided.
  • Domain and hosting costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Domain Registration

  • Domain registrations cannot be canceled or refunded once completed.
  • The registered domain will remain under the client’s ownership.

Hosting Services

  • Hosting services cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased.
  • Clients remain responsible for their hosting plan and renewal.

General Notes

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to our support team.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • DigiX reserves the right to review each cancellation request individually to ensure fairness.
