At DigiX Software House, all of our services and products are delivered digitally. This policy explains how project files, documents, and related materials are provided to our clients.

Delivery Method

  • All deliveries are digital — we do not provide physical shipping.
  • Completed project files, documents, and access credentials are delivered through:
    • Email (official communication)
    • WhatsApp (quick sharing and updates)

Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery timeframes are agreed upon before starting the project.
  • Small updates or minor tasks are usually delivered within a few business days.
  • Larger projects (such as full WordPress websites or WHMCS setups) may take several weeks, depending on scope.
  • Clients will always be informed of estimated delivery dates.

Delays

  • Delays caused by late client responses, incomplete information, or pending payments are not DigiX’s responsibility.
  • If any unavoidable technical delays occur, DigiX will notify the client and provide an updated timeline.

Acceptance of Delivery

  • Once files or credentials are delivered via Email or WhatsApp, clients must review and confirm receipt.
  • Any concerns should be reported within 7 business days. After this period, the delivery will be considered final.
