Refund Policy

At DigiX Software House, we value our clients and aim to deliver high-quality services. However, since our work involves digital products and services, we have specific refund policies outlined below:

WordPress Development

  • If the client is not satisfied with the initial work, they may request revisions.
  • If after revisions the client is still not satisfied, DigiX will provide a 50% refund of the development charges.
  • The remaining 50% is non-refundable as it covers the time, effort, and resources invested.
  • Domain and hosting costs are not included in this refund. Clients are responsible for purchasing their own domain and hosting separately.

Domain Registration

  • Once a domain name has been registered, it is non-refundable.
  • The registered domain will belong to the client, and DigiX will not issue any refunds for domain purchases.

Hosting

  • Hosting services are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Clients are responsible for renewing and managing their hosting plans.

WHMCS Services

  • For WHMCS-related projects, the refund policy is the same as WordPress Development.
  • Revisions will be offered to ensure client satisfaction.
  • If the client remains unsatisfied even after revisions, DigiX will refund 50% of the development fee only.
  • Domain and hosting costs are not covered under this refund.

Important Notes

  • All refunds (where applicable) are processed for development services only.
  • Domain and hosting charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • By using DigiX services, the client agrees to this refund policy.
